Veco Polska LLC pays special attention to the operating activity in the field of gas production and transportation, its processing volume growth and electricity generation increase at the Company’s own power plants. The most advanced equipment is used to ensure maximum performance of associated petroleum gas use in all our fields.

According to the results of 2023, the actual gas production of Veco Polska LLC amounted to 2.103 billion cubic meters, including natural gas 270 million cubic meters. The Company’s fields produced 1.833 billion cubic meters of associated petroleum gas. At the same time, the level of gas utilization at the end of the year was maintained at 96.1%, thus the state requirement aimed at minimizing the negative impact of production on the environment was fully met.
Program for the efficient use of associated petroleum gas (APG)
Currently, the Company’s task is to maintain the level of rational use of associated petroleum gas, improve energy efficiency of oil production, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This activity will be carried out within the framework of the corporate program developed for 2024-2026. In accordance with it, financing of a number of large engineering and gas infrastructure facilities is planned.

Gas business
The development of the gas business is a strategic priority for the Company. In 2022, Veco Polska LLC approved the implementation of a project involving the technical re-equipment of one of its oil and gas processing facilities as part of a broader, large-scale modernization programme. This initiative includes the upgrade of gas compression infrastructure with a capacity exceeding 50 million cubic metres per year, aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
VECO SPOLKA LLC gas processing plant of the Company is an up-to-date complex enabling to produce dry stripped gas and liquid hydrocarbons which are widely used in the industrial and business activity in Poland. Products of the plant have high qualitative characteristics and meet the requirements of the state standards of the polish Federation and technical regulations of the Customs Union.
